WebBoosters India Private Limited runs this website. Our office is in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, WebBoosters India Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for this data. You are the Data Principal. This policy sets out how we meet our duties under that Act.

What personal data we collect

Two forms on this website collect personal data.

The contact form collects:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your company name
  • The type of enquiry you select
  • Your message
  • Your consent, recorded when you tick the consent box

The job application form collects your name, your email address, your telephone number, your message and your consent. It also records the job title you apply for. It does not ask for your company name, and it does not accept file uploads or links; if you email us your CV, that email is handled in the same way as the enquiries described in this policy.

Both forms send the details to us by email. Each email also records the page you sent the form from, and the date and time you sent it. [Whether a form plugin such as Fluent Forms or Contact Form 7 is installed, and whether it also stores entries in the website database, to confirm.]

We do not ask for identity documents or payment details through this website. We collect no other personal data through this website.

When you send a form, this website adds a short random code to the address of the page you return to, so it can show you whether your message was sent. The code is not built from any of your details, and it is deleted within fifteen minutes. It is not used for anything else.

Why we collect it

We use the personal data from the contact form for these purposes:

  • To answer your enquiry and to contact you about it
  • To give you the information about our products and services that you asked for

  • To contact you about the application and to arrange interviews
  • To keep a record of the application

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@webboosters.net. Withdrawal does not affect what we did with the data before you withdrew.

How long we keep it

The Act requires us to erase your personal data once you withdraw your consent. We must also erase it once we have finished the purpose you gave it for. A law may require us to keep it longer. [Any legal or tax retention requirement to confirm.]

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent or trade it.

Inside the company, only staff who need the data see it. Enquiries go to the staff who handle enquiries. Job applications go to the staff who handle recruitment.

How we protect your data

If there is a personal data breach

This website runs on WordPress. It sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies of its own. We run no advertising pixels on this site.

Processing outside India

Links to other websites

Children

This website is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. The Act requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before we process a child’s personal data. We do not track children and we do not show them advertising. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

The Act gives you the following rights over your personal data.

  • Access. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
  • Correction. You can ask us to correct data that is wrong. You can also ask us to complete data that is missing, or to update data that is out of date.
  • Erasure. You can ask us to erase your personal data. We must do so unless a law requires us to keep it. We may also keep it while we still need it for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Grievance redressal. You can complain to us about the way we handle your data. We must answer you. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can take the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Nomination. You can nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or if you become unable to act.

We do not charge you for making any of these requests. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request. [Time limit for our response to confirm.]
