What we build

The detection models, operator platform and site integrations behind the monitoring service.

Detection

We develop models that read difficult video.

Rain, glare, low light, insects on the lens and awkward camera angles all make visual detection harder. Our engineers work on model design, evaluation and inference performance for those conditions, and on making those models run within the limits of the hardware they are deployed on.

  • Python
  • PyTorch
  • YOLO
  • OpenCV
  • ONNX
  • TensorRT
  • Jetson
  • Person, vehicle and object detection
  • Intrusion, line crossing, loitering, direction of travel
  • Licence plate workflows and vehicle entry/exit
  • Tampering, obstruction and camera health
  • Edge inference on constrained links, cloud for heavy analysis

Platform

We build the software our operators use.

The platform carries each event from first alarm to closed incident. We design it so that an operator can make the correct decision quickly.

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • WebRTC
  • RTSP
  • Docker
  • Alarm intake, prioritisation and routing
  • Live and recorded video, clips, bookmarks, search
  • Incident records and audit trails
  • Client reporting and site portals
  • Multi-tenant, role-based access throughout

Integrations

We connect the platform to the cameras and other equipment on site.

Events come in from the equipment on each site; operator decisions go back out — to a speaker, a gate or a phone.

  • ONVIF
  • REST
  • Webhooks
  • SIP
  • Video management systems and IP cameras
  • Alarm panels and receivers
  • Access control, intercoms and speakers
  • Third-party licence plate recognition and mapping systems
  • APIs, webhooks and client business systems

Join the engineering team

We hire engineers in Jalandhar to work on detection models, the platform and integrations.
